1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website and services provided by The Ideal Link, LLC DBA NEVEN Marketing.

All services are provided pursuant to written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. In the event of a conflict, the applicable service agreement controls.

If you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from The Ideal Link, LLC DBA NEVEN Marketing for purposes including service related communications, appointment confirmations, account notices, and marketing messages where permitted by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure you have rights to all content provided
• Comply with all applicable laws including advertising and data protection laws
You are solely responsible for your business decisions and compliance obligations.
5. Payments and Billing
Fees are specified in applicable proposals or agreements.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Invoices are due upon receipt
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non refundable unless expressly stated
You authorize us to charge payment methods on file where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
All methodologies, processes, tools, templates, strategies, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use deliverables solely for your internal business purposes.
6.2 Client Content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use such content solely to perform services.
You represent that your content does not infringe third party rights.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non public information received from the other party and to use such information only for permitted purposes.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Data Processing Addendum.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining lawful bases for data collection and use within your business.
9. Third Party Platforms and Tools
Our services may integrate with third party platforms including Google Meta HubSpot Stripe and others.
We are not responsible for outages policy changes pricing changes or actions taken by third party platforms.
Your use of third party tools is subject to their respective terms.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website operation
• Copy or scrape website content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.
11. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an as is and as available basis.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law including implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
